Refund Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It says what we refund, what we do not and how to ask.

1. Subscriptions

• You can cancel at any time in your account settings. You keep full access to the end of the billing period you have paid for
• We do not refund the unused part of a billing period, monthly or annual
• You can undo a scheduled cancellation any time before it takes effect

2. Free trial

• If you add a card during a trial, the first payment is taken when the trial ends. We show the amount and the date before you add the card
• Cancel before that date and you pay nothing

3. Changing plan

• When you upgrade, the unused part of your current plan is given as account credit, not as cash
• A downgrade takes effect straight away. The unused part of the dearer plan is credited on your next invoice; it is not paid out as cash

4. AI credits

• Purchased credit packs are non-refundable and non-transferable
• If an AI operation fails, the credits it used are not charged, or are returned to your balance

5. Taxes

Prices exclude tax.

6. When the law gives you more

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the law that applies to you. Where the law requires a refund, we will give it.
